朱紫明 副教授

個人簡介

2016年12月博士畢業於西安交通大學(導師:李巨教授),期間前往麻省理工2聯合培養(2014.10-2015.10)。2017年加入0,2017.10至2018.10在新加坡科技與設計大學從事博士後研究(合作導師:楊聲遠教授)。主要研究方向為:新型拓撲相的理論研究與材料實現、磁性拓撲半金屬的電子態與輸運性質、二維磁性體系的電子性質及其調控。擔任Physical Review Letters(PRL)、Physical Review B(PRB)等雜誌審稿人。以第一作者或合作者身份在Physical Review X (PRX)、Physical Review B(Rapid Communications、Letter)、ACS nano、npj Computational Materials, New Journal of Physics、Applied Physical Letters等期刊上發表論文30餘篇。其中,新型拓撲電子態的研究引起了國內外同行的關註,被Review of Modern Physics, Nature, Science, Nature Physics, PRX和PRL等大量正面評價與引用。

學術貢獻

1.國際上率先提出了三重點的概念,並預言了一系列實驗可實現的體系(已被實驗所證實);

2.理論提出了二次型色散狄拉克半金屬、複合狄拉克半金屬的概念,揭示了其獨特的電子態性質;

3.研究了一系列磁性拓撲半金屬,探究了其拓撲電子態、電子或自旋的反常霍爾輸運性質;

4.設計了幾類具有高遷移率的室溫二維磁性或鐵彈材料。
