王偉科 副教授

個人簡介

王偉科,男,副教授,碩士研究生導師,湖南師範大學世承人才計劃-青年優秀人才。2010年本科畢業於湘潭大學;2015年博士畢業於中國科2大學;2017年中國科2強磁場科學中心博士後出站。

學術貢獻

主要研究興趣:(1)超導物理---新材料的探索和超導電性的調控。(2)半導體器件物理---二維層狀半導體場效應晶體管和光探測器。(3)受限體系的電子性質---低維體系中的電子和自旋的輸運性質和量子極限下新奇物理現象的探索。


教學情況

本科生教學:《醫學物理學》,《線性代數》,《熱學》。
