個人簡介
王繼飛,男,中南大學博士。曾在中國電子科技集團第48研究所工作,從事高效晶硅太陽能電池研究。於2023年1月入職0。現主要從事基於有機無機雜化鈣鈦礦半導體的太陽能電池、光電探測器以及發光二極管的研究。相關研究成果發表在如Nature Communications, ACS Energy Letters, Advanced Science和Solar RRL等國際重要SCI學術期刊。一篇論文入選ESI高被引1%,授權國家發明專利2項。主持湖南省自然科學基金面上項目,湖南省教育廳青年項目。

學術貢獻
1. 提出了準二維鈣鈦礦模板外延生長機理,獲得實驗證實,開發出模板外延生長定向排列準二維/三維異質結結構的新方法。
2. 揭示了不規則晶體生長前沿誘導埋底孔洞與缺陷的形成機制,開發出自生甲胺氣體原位修複鈣鈦礦薄膜埋底界面孔洞與缺陷的新方法。
3. 揭示了Rb+離子的結晶抑制效應機制,實現了準二維鈣鈦礦中晶體生長速度的調節;
