個人簡介
竇威,博士、副教授、碩士生導師。以第一作者/第一通訊作者在Applied Physics Letters、IEEE Electron Device Letters、IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices等國際學術期刊發表14篇論文,研究的主要方向是薄膜晶體管及其邏輯應用。曾在新加坡南洋理工大學從事博士後研究工作,在半導體材料和薄膜材料方面的研究取得了多項突破國外技術壟斷的重要研究成果,獲得4項專利授權。研發的具有智能光熱分離功能的磁控窗膜在隔熱性能、安全防爆等領域處於行業領先位置。

學術貢獻
1. 採用具有雙電層效應的介質層開展低電壓薄膜晶體管的製備及其在邏輯調控電路中的應用;
2. 開展金屬和金屬氧化物多層疊加結構的光熱分離的研究,並探索其低成本、大規模生產模式。
教學情況
為本科生講授高頻電子線路、傳感器與檢測技術等課程。為研究生講授薄膜生長、移動通信、學術前沿與進展等課程。
