個人簡介
周偉昌, 男,1983年出生,博士,副教授。2001.9-2005.7 湖南大學應用物理學專業,獲學士學位;2005.9-2010.7 湖南大學凝聚態物理專業,獲博士學位;2008.9-2009.10 美國亞利桑那州立大學電子工程系聯合培養;2016.3-2017.3 愛爾蘭都柏林聖三一2納米結構和納米器件研究中心訪問學者;2010.7-至今 0,副教授。
主要研究方向:
1、新型光子學材料:鈣鈦礦量子點、半導體納米線、二維層狀半導體晶體。
2、微納光子學器件:光泵激光器、納米線光波導、光探測器、發光二極管。
